High-end corporate event logistics coordination

At Wintime Events, we take care of your corporate events from start to finish.

We handle every logistical detail with care. Travel, accommodation, technical setup, to catering, we ensure everything runs flawlessly on the big day.

You define your goals, content, and speakers; we make sure the execution is perfect.

Event types include: conferences and symposiums, inaugurations, corporate parties, and staff celebrations.

A portion of every event is donated to La Maisonnée, a care facility for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. Because a successful event can also make a meaningful impact.
